The office has now reopened.

Waipā District Council staff received a threat by telephone this afternoon from a person in relation to a dog issue.
As per normal process, council advised police of that threat and the decision was made to lock down the building.
Council is hoping the issue will be resolved quickly and everything will be back to normal tomorrow morning.
